• Shipping & Delivery

• All orders received will leave our studio/nursery well within one week. Most orders ship within three days. You will be notified of any backorders but we do our best to avoid them.

  Plant orders will only be shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so the plants aren't sitting some where unknown over the weekend. Special or rush orders can be done upon request within reason and may incur an extra fee in order to get it done. To be sure of expedited delivery, please include an email with your order. Rush orders are not common and sometimes is overlooked.

  WE CAN ONLY GUARANTEE PLANTS SHIPPED BY PRIORITY MAIL.

  Parcel post takes 7 to 10 days and puts a lot of stress on the trees during transit. We cannot guarantee any plants shipped this way, it is your choice to make during checkout but why start with a stress-out tree?

  We recommend Priority Mail for a safe - and guaranteed - journey.

  WE ARE BASED IN SEATTLE AND WE CAN SHIP ALL YEAR. PLEASE USE YOUR OWN DISCRETION WHEN ORDERING PLANTS INTO AREAS OF THE COUNTRY WITH EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS.
  

  We can only ship plants to the lower 48 States. We are certified by the USDA to ship out of State.

  Two Green Thumbs Miniature Garden Center can only ship plant merchandise to locations within the continental United States. We cannot ship to any international location at this time. Nor does Two Green Thumbs Miniature Garden Center ship plant material to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. This is for LIVING PLANT MATERIAL ONLY.

  We CAN ship any accessories or patio materials anywhere.

  The shipping in this secure shopping cart is automatically calculated and sometimes over-compensates for the variety of products in this store. All shipping charges are double-checked to ensure accuracy. There is a $2.50 handling charge on all orders to help us recover costs if the store undercharges and for the materials, labor, and overhead cost of shipping. We make no revenue from shipping whatsoever. We have one of the lowest plant shipping rates in the industry. • We cannot warranty any plant material. We do guarantee the delivery of our plant material during shipment only if sent by Priority Mail which it your choice to make during checkout. After receiving your plant order, we give up all control on the care and maintenance of the plants and cannot guarantee them. We do our best to educate and advise, but we cannot and do not guarantee any plant material after they are received. However, we are reasonable people and can work with you on any replacements that you may need. Note that even the most educated gardeners kill plants from time to time.

• Store Hours

• Office hours: Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 3pm or by chance or appointment. Hours vary with the seasons.

  Unfortunately, we may not be available at all times. Our inventory is collected from various sources and there are times when we need to do mid-week deliveries and pick-ups. We thank you for your patience. Please leave a message or email and we will call you back as soon as we can.
